Abstract

What’s a program and how far do you “drill down” in evaluating a program for “program accessibility”? This session reviews methods to determine whether programs are accessible, such as evaluating whether the facility or the program comes first. Also looks at applications of program access requirements to specific areas. References US DOJ settlement with communities. Considers how the safe harbors in the DOJ regulations affect accessibility.
