GeneralParking permits or passes are required for all vehicles parked on university property, excluding temporary parking in metered parking spaces or the parking garage. The permit or pass must be displayed on or in the vehicle.
Parking Services provides a variety of permits to accommodate daily, semester or annual parking needs.
Semester and Annual PermitsStudents and employees may purchase semester or annual parking permits. These permits allow vehicle parking at all lots on campus. However, residents parking in housing lots are also required to display a valid housing permit.
Garage PermitsA special permit is required for long term parking in the garage. Hourly and daily parking is available for a fee.
Adjunct Faculty PermitsPermits are available at a discount for adjunct faculty members. To qualify for this permit, the faculty member must be currently employed.
Department Access PermitsDepartments may purchase Department Access Permits for invited visitors or guests.
Vendor PassesVendor passes are also available for restricted use.
Handicap ParkingHandicap parking spaces are provided in campus parking lots and garages. To park in these spaces, the vehicle must have a handicap license plate and a displayed permit or pass.
Visitor ParkingMetered parking spaces are located at lots around campus to provide visitors with convenient parking for short-term visits.
Conference or Event ParkingAdvance parking arrangements must be made for visitors attending conferences or events on campus. Parking Services will reserve, subject to space limitations, the required number of spaces in designated parking lots.
