Parking Services 105: Motorist Assistance

Purpose
To provide assistance to motorists with vehicle problems

Call Team: Student employees trained to enforce parking regulations and assist motorists.
Policy
Parking Services will provide limited motorist assistance services, free of charge, to members of the university community when on UAA property. Students employed on the UAA Call Team perform these services. The services include:
  1. Retrieving keys from a locked car,
  2. Jumping batteries,
  3. Locating vehicles
  4. Calling for towing service and
  5. Providing safety & escort service.
Photo identification and proof of vehicle ownership may be required at the time of assistance.
