International First-Time Students: Bachelor Degree Programs

  • All requested transcripts and test scores must be official and remain in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution. Students do not need to request transcripts from any University of Alaska campus.
Bachelor Degree (4 years)
Admission Requirements
 
Qualifications (one of the following)
  • Have earned the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma with GPA of at least 2.5 and completion of either SAT, ACT or a UAA-approved test (high school graduates with GPAs between 2.0 and 2.49 will be admitted on probation); or
  • Successful completion of the GED, and completion of either SAT, ACT or a UAA-approved test.
Required Admission Documents (All International Applicants)
  • Admission application and $50 fee
  • In-progress high school transcript when you apply
  • Final high school transcript showing graduation date and leaving certificate (if applicable) or GED test scores
  • ACT, SAT or a UAA-approved test
  • English translations of all required documents.
