International Student Admission, First-Time Certificate/Associate

International First-Time Students: Certificate or Associate Degree Programs

All requested transcripts and test scores must be official and remain in an envelope sealed by the issuing institution. Students do not need to request transcripts from any University of Alaska campus.

Certificate or Associate Degree (1-2 years) Admission Requirements
	Qualifications (one of the following)
	Have earned the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma (no minimum GPA required); or GED; or Ability to Benefit Certificate (must be 18 years of age or older)
	Required Admission Documents (All International Applicants)
	Admission application and $40 fee In-progress high school transcript when you apply Final high school transcript showing graduation date and leaving certificate (if applicable), or GED test scores; or Ability to Benefit Certificate English translations of all required documents
	Additional Documents Required (F1 visa students only)
	Official TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) scores Proof of financial support
