 The University of Alaska Anchorage provides an exceptional education at a great price. As a community resource and public square, it enriches the lives of all Alaskans. UAA is a state-assisted school receiving just 42 percent of its funding through the state. All that UAA accomplishes would not be possible without the generous support we receive from our alumni, parents and friends.
The Office of Annual Giving is dedicated to supporting UAA in its efforts to communicate the need and impact of private giving to UAA. We invite alumni and friends to participate in progress at UAA through regular annual gifts. Annual gifts provide the crucial funding needed to continue the exceptional teaching, research and outreach programs that are essential to our mission. Gifts made through the Annual Giving program may be directed to a number of areas within the University including support for specific college, departments, scholarships or programs.
