AEIN has chosen some frameworks to guide our work:

Data-Wise model: This model from the Harvard Graduate School of Education provides an eight-step structure for educators to prepare, inquire, and act.

Culturally Responsive Teaching: The Wlodkowski/Ginsberg model emphasizes developing attitude, enhancing meaning, establishing inclusion, and engendering competence. (Wlodkowski & Ginsberg, Diversity and Motivation)
