Call for Presenters

Community members, health and allied health care professionals, families and individuals with an FASD, researchers and students are invited to submit an application to give a presentation, workshop, or host a panel at FASD: Best Practices in the Last Frontier.

There will be three types of presentations at the conference:

1. Community posters
3. Formal presentations, workshops, or panels

The conference will focus on communicating, presenting, and reviewing best practices in Alaska - for interventions, for advocacy, for treatment, for assessment and diagnosis, for transition to adulthood, to name but a few. This is a community-based conference in the widest sense - we welcome everyone who lives with or works with someone experiencing an FASD, or has an FASD, to share their experiences about what works in their lives.

Deadline for submission is March 22. Selected applicants will be notified no later than March 30.

Applications can be submitted by downloading the appropriate form (see the navigation bar to the left) and emailing it to Alex Edwards, or by completing the electronic form below.
