The Arctic FASD Regional Training Center provides education and training to Alaskan communities on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs).

Funding for the Arctic FASD Regional Training Center has been provided by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

 
 

FASD Foundations Workshops

Two more workshops will be held this fall in the UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 302a:

Friday, November 20, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday, December 18, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

These workshops will cover the State of Alaska's FASD101 curriculum as well as the CDC's FASD Core Competency-Based Curriculum.

Continuing education (CE) credits are available ($25.00 processing fee). Please click here for a CE credit registration form and for more information about CE credits, including targeted audiences, prerequisite knowledge, and learning objectives.
