Human Resources is responsible for overseeing employee benefits. New faculty employees who are eligible for UAA-sponsored benefits are required to attend a one-on-one or group orientation on campus. This orientation is an opportunity to learn about and enroll in benefit programs such as health care, retirement, insurance, and optional tax-savings plans. Time off, holidays, and other important employment topics are also discussed. Advisors will be available to answer questions.
