Annie is a proud graduate of the University of California, Davis (Bachelors degree in International Relations) and Michigan State University (Masters degree in College Student Personnel). She has worked in a variety of positions at UAA since 1986: Career Counselor, Admissions Advisor, Campus Center Manager, Student Activities Coordinator, and Director of Campus Life. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Languages where she teaches American Sign Language.

She is mom to Hunter and Olivia and enjoys acting, gardening, and Disneyland! She has two springer spaniels and a calico cat.
