Natalie J. Elder
Natalie Elder is a lifelong Alaskan and Seawolf graduate. Natalie has obtained her Associate of Applied Science degree in Small Business Administration. She started working at the University of Alaska Anchorage during her freshman year; she gained a student worker position with help from a former Career Services Center employee who assisted her with writing her first resume and finding an on-campus job. From a student worker she moved to a full-time position in Enrollment Management and now works as the Office Manager of the UAA Career Services Center. She enjoys answering students’ questions and strives to be a useful source of information for anyone calling or coming into CSC. Natalie manages the office by keeping track of the budget, assisting students and employers, assisting with general office duties, and helping coordinate the many events and opportunities the Center offers throughout the academic year.

Courtney D. Petrosky
Career Exploration Coordinator
Courtney Petrosky moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 2009 to attend UAA. She began working for the UAA Campus Bookstore and became a Resident Advisor for Residence Life. In 2013, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from UAA. Instead of pursing her teaching career in elementary ed, Courtney began her search for a career in higher education. She is the Career Exploration Coordinator for the Career Services Center. Courtney is responsible for coordinating the internship program and works with many of the academic departments on campus. She also helps students and alumni with career development and exploration through resume reviews, job shadowing, and career advising. Courtney enjoys working with the staff at CSC to help educate and inform the UAA community about career development and exploration.
