Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a personality inventory designed to detect major trends and insights about normal personalities. The MBTI is nonjudgmental and allows people to understand their personality preferences, particularly with respect to energy source, information gathering, decision making, and lifestyle/work patterns. The MBTI has 16 different personality types, each with its own characteristics and strengths. There are no right or wrong answers on the Indicator and no assumed "right" way to be. There are preferences, of course, and the MBTI assists people in clarifying their preferences. This allows people to grow in their own self-understanding and to relate more effectively to others. This test takes about 30 minutes to complete.
