Professional Clothes Closet

Your job is to prepare students to enter the workforce, to ensure that they have the academic tools necessary to be successful. The UAA Career Services Center

Help your students look their best for an interview or internship - encourage them to visit the Professional Clothes Closet. Located in Rasmuson Hall 122, students can browse the racks of donated clothing for items or an entire outfit, free of charge.

the Professional Clothes Closet is a place where UAA faculty and staff may donate their gently used, professional attire for UAA students and alumni to select one outfit to take, free of charge, and use for interviews, internships, and as a good start for their own professional attire closet. We ask that ll items are donated washed or dry cleaned and ready to wear. We have the following items in a variety of sizes:

-Slacks/Dress Pants
-Suit Coats/Blazers
-Button Down, Collared Shirts
-Sweaters
-Ties
-Dress Shoes

Women
-Slacks/Dress Pants
-Knee-length Dresses & Skirts
-Blazers
-Button Down, Collared Shirts
-Sweaters/Cardigans

The Professional Clothes Closet is open by appointment only, so please call the Career Services Center at 907-786-4513 to set up a time to come in and try items on for size. If you are interested in taking one item or an entire outfit, you may do so free of charge. This resource is only possibly by the donations from UAA faculty and staff, so Career Services would like to sincerely thank them for their donations.
