Investment Concentration: The study of finance with an emphasis in investments provides students with the tools needed to manage the financial resources of a business. The concepts covered in this major include financial planning, analysis, and management in a global context. Students will take an in-depth look at functions, structures, delivery systems, efficiency and performance measures for financial markets and institutions. The study of finance encompasses the creation of values for the stockholder, stakeholders, and society in general.

Graduates with a BBA Finance degree and an investment concentration typically find employment in corporations, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Career fields include: corporate finance, budget or financial analysis, cost accounting and financial planning, commercial and investment banking, security management, and consulting.

Real Estate & Property Management Concentration: The study of finance with an emphasis in real estate and property management encompasses a variety of concepts, principles, techniques, and strategies in investing and managing real estate assets. Students will take an in-depth look at real estate principles including forms of real estate ownership, sources of financing, contracts, mortgages, property taxation, markets, and economic issues. In addition, students will have an opportunity to study real estate law, environmental law and regulation as well as real estate appraisal concepts and processes.

Graduates with a BBA Finance degree and a real estate and property management concentration typically find employment in corporations, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Career fields include: investment banking, real estate development, sales and property management, appraiser and assessor of real estate.
