BBA in Management

The study of management encompasses a variety of concepts and principles, including organizational theory, design, and development. These three concepts are more relevant in a global context than ever before.

Studies within this program help students better understand the basic principles and tenets of human resource management, and how the management of people affects the larger institution overall. Students also learn strategies for negotiations, conflict resolution and arbitration, and entrepreneurship.

MBA in General Management

The MBA in General Management is designed to provide students with the perspectives and skills that will prepare them for increasingly significant managerial leadership roles in their organizations.

The focus of the program is on management practice, but this focus is based on a recognition that sound practice requires a thorough understanding of underlying management principles and techniques.

The MBA graduate should be thoroughly grounded in state-of-the-art management theory and practice, aware of the complex global environment in which modern organizations operate, adaptive to change, articulate, and ethical in dealing with others.
