Alborn Construction is seeking a highly organized individual with education and experience to assist the Project Manager with day to day tasks. This position will require the candidate to assist in creating schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, formulating quantity take offs, ordering materials and other duties as assigned. Estimating software training will be provided. Plan reading and interpretation is expected to develop material and labor pricing. Pay will be dependent upon experience and qualifications. This is a full-time position, however a part-time schedule will be considered for the right candidate. Project Assistant/Project Engineer

The Project Assistant will aid the Project Manager from start to finish on construction projects. Construction Management Intern
Habitat for Humanity Anchorage has an immediate need for a summer construction intern who needs to complete the UAA CM A295 Construction Management Internship or the UAA CM A495 Advanced Construction Management Internship. The Construction Management Intern (CMI) is responsible for assisting with all aspects of construction project management for multiple project sites.
