This report prepared November 2011 for the Alaska Division of Senior & Disabilities Services examines the capacity of Alaska's Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) system to provide options counseling. Its purpose was to get an indication of what relevant knowledge and skills providers tended to bring with them as they were hired, how much this capacity grew while working with the ADRC, how providers had learned skills, and where there were systemic gaps that could be addressed by training.
