Certified Nursing Assistant Career Lattice Apprenticeship

The Certified Nursing Assistant Career Lattice Apprenticeship is a competency based two-part program that includes related instruction (classroom instruction) and on-the-job training/apprenticeship. This advanced training focuses on increasing skills and knowledge that are vital for certified nursing assistants who work in long-term care settings (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living homes, home health care settings).

Licensed CNAs can specialize in Dementia Care, Restorative Care, Geriatrics, and Mentoring at registered apprenticeship sites. These classes are also open to the public, but not scheduled for Spring Semester 2012.

Contact Marg for scheduling information.
