A newly-revised  Person-Centered Planning Facilitator Certification process has been implemented. The certification process is fully online, with mentors available upon request. To complete certification, submit an application indicating that you are either a New Facilitator or a Grandfathered Facilitator. Each will have additional portfolio requirements.
