Who is eligible to apply?
What is the cost to delegates? Delegates are responsible for half of their individual round-trip international airfare from US to China as well as their Chinese tourist visa fee. Delegates are also responsible for costs and arrangements related to domestic travel to Anchorage and travel insurance. Do you need a passport? Yes! Delegates are required to have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the date of departure (i.e. with an expiration date of Dec. 19, 2011 or later). Proof of a valid passport will be required to confirm participation of selected applicants. Note: If you don’t have a valid passport, please obtain one immediately.
