UA students of all majors are invited to attend this unique Chinese culture experience trip to China as guests of Hanban and UAA Confucius Institute. WE COVER… All expenses in China including hotel accommodations, group meals, tour guides and admission tickets and local and inter-city transportation costs. You only need to pay an international round trip air ticket from Anchorage to Beijing , Chinese visa application fee and international travel insurance. WHAT DO YOU DO IN SUMMER CAMP? During the trip, you are going to experience China firsthand and marvel at the rich traditional culture set against stunning modern development. You will visit the Great Wall, Summer Palace, Forbidden City, Bird's Nest, Water Cube,Temple of Confucius and more. WHO IS QUALIFIED TO APPLY?
Do you need a passport? Yes! Delegates are required to have a valid passport with at least six months validity from the date of departure (i.e. with an expiration date of Dec. 9, 2011 or later). Proof of a valid passport will be required to confirm participation of selected applicants. Note: If you don’t have a valid passport, please obtain one immediately.
