Returning Student Clubs for Spring 2013

UAA Life - Register your club for the Spring 2013 Semester Today!!

It is time to re-register your organization and update your new officers for the Spring 2013 Semester.  You will need to register your club on the UAA Life site and submit the Club Update Form with signatures of all officers and your club Advisor and turn into the Student Clubs & Greek Life office.  Once your club is registered for the Spring 2013 semester and club presidents and treasurers have attended Financial Management Training, your student club financial account will be opened. 

***New Process for Submitting AER Purchase Requests***

From the Finance menu option on your organization's UAA Life page:

1. Click on "Create Purchase Request".

2. Enter the Subject, the Request Amount (in dollars), what Account the request is for, what Category the request falls under, and a brief description.

3. Enter the Payee contact information as best as possible. This person/business will receive payment from your campus.

4. Click "Submit Request".

*This form will electronically send to your organization's Treasurer, President and Advisor for approval, then will be forwarded to the Student Clubs & Greek Life office for final approval.
