All Club Council meetings listed below begin at 1pm in the Student Union South Cafeteria unless otherwise noted.
If you would like to submit an item to the agenda please send your request to email@example.com all requests must be submitted by the Wednesday at noon prior to any scheduled meeting to appear on the agenda. This does not include funding requests as they must be submitted one week prior to the Club Council meetings at noon. (*Friday at noon, the week prior to the meetings)
If there is a compelling reason preventing all members of a student club from attending the Club Council meetings the club may apply for an attendance waiver. Please click here to download the attendance waiver and waiver requirements.
