Haunted Halloween Fun Night

Club registration is now closed for 2009

Application deadline – Wednesday, October 7th at Noon!

Clubs and organizations participating in Haunted Halloween Fun Night 2009 will receive a participation agreement after registration is confirmed. All details, requirements, and expectations of the event will be covered in this agreement.

Cancellation Policy: groups must notify the Office of Student Clubs and Greek Life by 1pm on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 if they no longer wish to participate. Groups that do not contact the office and do not participate in the event will be charged $50.

Please list three activiites, in order of preference, which your group would like to hold at your booth. Groups are allowed to hold up to two activities at your booth. Activity requests are granted on a first come, first serve basis. In the event that your group's first activity choice has already been requested, Club Council will assign your second or third choice activity and notify your group of this change. Please describe your activity in detail so we can provide the best space possible! Booths with "messy" activities will be required to bring tarps to over the floor.
