Early Shift

Regular Shift

Sunday, May 6, 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

• 11 a.m.-12 p.m.: Crew and volunteer check-in and training
• 12-1 p.m.: Rehearsal with commencement crew and volunteers.
• 1-2 p.m.: Lunch, Complete set-up
• 2-3 p.m.: Doors open. Crew and volunteers assist with student lineup and direct guests.   
• 3-5:30 p.m.: Commencement Ceremony
