Effective March 10, 2009, our office has moved to 4500 Diplomacy Drive, Suite 201.  Our phone numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same.

Working with the community is an integral element of UA’s identity, and a foundation of our Strategic Plan UAA 2017. Departments, centers, institutes, schools, and colleges throughout the university have developed programs and events to meet the needs of Anchorage and communities throughout the state.

The Office of Community Partnerships focuses on developing programs that transcend a single discipline or college, or are of strategic significance to the institution. Our role is to serve as an incubator – creating a partnership and nurturing it through the initial stages, then transferring it to the appropriate academic or service entity in UAA to develop further. Our successes have included many of the programs you see in the links in the right-hand column of this page.
