Lab Introduction
The lab has both Macintosh & Windows workstations with high-speed Internet access for email, University website access, and Internet access for research, news and general use. The lab contains common software applications used for word processing, spreadsheets, publishing, and presentations. The lab is open to current UAA students, faculty, and staff. Patrons should carry a current UAA ID card with them, as this may be requested by the IT Services Consultants, or Student Union staff, to verify current status. Consultants - are available to...
Consultants are here to assist you - please be courteous. They can help you get started in the right direction, but consultants are not available for tutoring and cannot do your homework for you. Please do not ask a consultant to sit with you for an extended consulting session. There are other individuals in the lab who will need assistance and consultants are there to assist everyone. Consultants are allowed to limit the time for assistance, particularly if others are waiting for help. Scheduled Hours of Operation

The Student Union (SU) Open Computer Lab is located on the second floor of the Student Union, behind the Daily Grind (Coffee Stand), room 211. (
