How do I fill out a CAR and CCG?

• First, be sure you have the most recent version of the CAR form from the Governance Web site.
• Second, CTC has a standard format for CCGs, so any CCG you view on the Courses page represents the correct format.
• Third, certain boxes from the CAR must be reflected exactly on the CCG. Use the examples here as a guide for completing your CAR and CCG.
