External communications are publications that distribute information externally to customers, potential customers, donors and the general population. At the Community & Technical College information is distributed through CTC Matters, and UAA Advisor's e-Newsletter.

Green & Gold

 The University's publication, Green & Gold, is produced by UAA's Office of University Advancement. This publication is delivered daily to students, faculty and staff at UAA. Faculty and staff receive a version suited to their needs and interests, students receive another version. When submitting information to this publication, please indicate which/both publication you would like the information to be in.

Submissions for Green & Gold are sent through the Office of University Advancement Web site.

 

"I am UAA" Student Profile

This publication is produced by the UAA Advancement office. An example can be found in the Green & Gold News. This publication generally focuses on a current or former student of UAA and their accomplishments. If you have a student who would be a good feature for this publication, please sent your information to the CTC communications coordinator.

UA President's Report

The UA President's Report is compiled on a bi-weekly basis and is sent by e-mail throughout the University system. Information covered in this publication covers:

  • Community Campus Reports

All information for this publication must be sent to the CTC communications coordinator no later than the Monday prior to each payday for inclusion.

 

Accolades

Accolades is a University magazine published for Alumni and friends through the University Advancement office. The newsletter is published once in the fall and once in the spring. Editors of this publication are always looking for interesting stories about our student's successes. Please send all relevant information about a student to the CTC communications coordinator who will forward your content to our contacts at the Advancement office.
