Registration Instructions for CPM Classes
If you did not take a class during the previous semester, you must apply for “Non Degree Seeking Admission” first. You may do this by going to UA Online and following the link “Apply for Admission.” Follow the instructions for admission to completion and then return to this page for instructions on registration.
Online registration (UA Online) is not active for registration activity conducted after the first week of the semester. After the semester begins, you must download a registration form from UAA Forms. You will notice the link in the right hand column, second block down “Registration Form.” You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this form. You may fill it in online and print it.
Send the registration form and your form of payment (check, authorization letter, etc) to:
