Minor, Adventure Leadership*
Students who wish to minor in adventure leadership must complete the following requirements.  A total of 22 credits including 8 upper division credits is required.  Prerequisites for these courses must also be satisfied.  Requires a grade of C or better in PEP A467A or PEP A467B.

Complete the following core courses:

PEP A364    Survival and SAR for Adventure Leaders     
PEP A365    Adventure Leadership Theory and Practice

Choose 1 of the following:

PEP A182    Alaska Winter Survival

Choose 2 of the following:
PER A151    Beginning Canoeing
PER A132    Beginning River Rafting 
PER A153    Beginning Sea Kayaking

Choose 2 of the following:
PER A116    Beginning Rock Climbing
PER A117    Beginning Ice Climbing 
PER A148    Beginning Indoor Sport Climbing
PER A181    Crevasse Rescue Techniques
PER A246    Intermediate Rock Climbing

Choose 1 of the following: 
PER A467A  Challenge Course Adventure Leadership
PER A467C  Land-based Adventure Leadership
