General Automotive TechnologyThe General Automotive Technology option for the AAS degree is designed to prepare students for a career in the automotive maintenance and repair industry. Curriculum design is based on automotive task lists developed by the National Institute for Automotive Excellence. A total of 64 credits is required for the AAS General Automotive Technology option. |
Ford ASSET
The Ford ASSET option for the AAS Degree is designed to prepare students for a career in Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealerships. Students are trained on current technology, vehicles, and components donated by the Ford Motor Company. Courses for the Ford option begin in odd-numbered years: 2009, 2011, 2013, etc. A total of 67 credits is required for the Ford option.

GM ASEP
The GM ASEP option for the AAS degree is designed to prepare students for a career in General Motors dealerships. Students are trained on current technology vehicles and components donated by General Motors Corporation. Courses for the GM ASEP option begin in even-numbered years: 2008, 2010, 2012, etc. A total of 67 credits is required for the GM ASEP option.
