Administrative Fees


Includes staff time for logistical/administrative support, billing, buying or ordering special supplies, room setup and cleanup, making catering arrangements (if requested), additional equipment setup and related needs above and beyond the standard requirements.

3 or more days prior to event
  •      $25.00 per hour
2 or less days prior to event
  •      $50.00 per hour
Catering Fees

The University Center offers several dining options within close proximity.  UAA Dining Services can arrange catering by contacting them directly or for additional fees it can be included in your room rental contract.

Parking

Parking at the University Center is free, however there are designated parking spaces for UAA students, employees and patrons of UAA.  We simply ask that you pay careful attention to the posted signs to ensure you are using a UAA designated space. 

Technical Fees

Includes software installation, troubleshooting time, client-specific network configurations and related needs.

  • $60.00 per hour
7 or less days prior to event
  • $120.00 per hour
