Project Highlights

Earn an AAS in Apprenticeship Technologies at UAA, UAF, or UAS.

Select classes that help you develop skills as a supervisor, crew leader, or trainer.

Tuition assistance for selected participants through the Alaska Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Office of Apprenticeship.

Classes available at UAA, UAF, UAS, and AVTEC.
Participant Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
-
Certificate of completion from a registered apprenticeship (in an AGIA occupation)
-
3-5 years post-apprentice experience

Currently employed or on seasonal lay-off (with expectation of rehire)

Employer letter of recommendation
