Get a head start on your degree or certificate with Tech Prep!
Tech Prep at UAA is a sequenced program of study that links certain educational institutions with UAA. It is designed to help students gain academic knowledge and technical skills without duplication or gaps as they further their studies. Students are able to earn college credit by completing approved coursework at the partner institution.
Tech Prep program courses meet requirements in specific fields of study, and may lead to high wage, high skill employment or further post secondary education.
All Tech Prep courses are pre-approved and use UAA curriculum standards.
Students pay a $25 per credit fee.
