Care in the Classroom

Faculty members have the benefit of consulting with Professor of Counseling Michael Turner about disruptive student behavior in the classroom. In FY10, Michael provided consultations to faculty and staff members about 40 different cases, not to mention numerous other faculty and staff members calling with quick questions. Michael also offered at least 31 training workshops for staff and faculty in FY10. Michael is available to consult with faculty and staff members at all UAA campuses.
