Submitting a Care Report

Members of the UAA Community are welcome to submit reports to the Care Team. The Care Team is compsed of the representatives from the Dean of Students Office, Student Health & Counseling Center, University Police, and Department of Residence Life.

♦In the event of an emergency, call University Police first at 786-1120.

♦For all cases involving residential students, call Director of Residence Life, Lacy Karpilo at 751-7449.

♦For all other cases, call Professor of Counseling, Michael Turner at 786-6158 or Assistant Director of Student Conduct Michael Votava at 786-1214.

Be prepared to disclose the student's name, a description of the behavior, and any background information that would help the Care Team design a more effective action plan to assist the student.
