Our health fair has proved to be very popular! The Health Fair hours will be 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. 

This year we will have:

• Massage Stations - 10 minute massages - 10:30am to 1:30pm -- first come, first served -- please register at the WIN Customer Service Desk
• Cholestrol and Blood Glucose Screening Tests - 15 minute screening sessions - 11:00am to 1:00pm - - first come, first served-- please register at the WIN Customer Service Desk
• Blood Pressure and Body Composition Station -- first come, first served -- please register at the WIN Customer Service Desk
• Food for Life Booth
• Green Star/Muni Bike to Work booth
• HR Booth with Health Plan Information
• Minute to WIN It
• Nordic Walking
• Nutrition Education Booth
• REI Bike Tech Station
• The Alaska Club
• Win Customer Service with Program and Services Booth - GTP/Summer Exercise Programs

WIN will also be offering workshops so be sure to register:

• Tai Chi
• Posture
• Fun Run (distance 1.91 miles) - Route - Participants will need to sign the WIN for Alaska, Inc. waiver and have appropriate attire/shoes.
