UAA Vendor Fair Exhibit

The UAA Development Day provides an opportunity for faculty and staff to celebrate their accomplishments and strengthen their capabilities for the future. Development Day is designed with an exciting day of activities that encourage employee development both professionally and personally. As an exhibitor, you can participate in this day by displaying your products and services to UAA employees.

Date and Time

Date: Tuesday, May 14, 2013
Time: 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Location: UAA Student Union (Next to Wells Fargo Sports Center)
Cost: $75.00* per initial table ($25.00 for each additional table)
Booth:

One 6 x 2 foot table with draping, two chairs, and includes lunch. If you will need additional requirements such as electrical outlets or additional chairs, please indicate this on the registration form.

Door Prize

Each year vendors are asked to donate a door prize to be given out at the lunches and the closing ceremony. If you would like to donate a prize, please contact Betty Hernandez at (907) 786-1733, bahernandez@uaa.alaska.edu, Prize Committee Chair.

 

Registration

To register, fill out the vendor registration below. After registering, you will receive an email confirmation and a confirmation letter through the mail with locations, parking, setup instructions, and a map. An invoice will be sent to the billing address provided.
