Researcher from UAA were awarded a NSF grant (#0813850, Chemistry Devision) for a new High Performance Liquid Chromatograph coupled to a Triple Quadrupole and Ion Trap. This equipment will be hosted in the ASET laboratory. This equipment will be available within the next month  enhancing research capabilities in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, and Geosciences. This equipment will be used in the "instrumental chemistry" class, summer work shops, and undergraduate/graduate research projects.
