Researcher and Faculty of the ASET lab have been awarded with a grant from the National Science Foundation #0813850 (Division of Chemistry) for purchasing a new HPLC MS/MS system. With this award the PI's will are puchasing a High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC) together with a Triple Quadrupole and an Ion Trap. The instruments will be used in current and new research projects. Classes, summer work shops, and undergraduate/ graduate research projects with the new equipment will give students the opportunity to get hands-on experiences with these state-of-the-art instruments.

The instruments will be installed within the next months and will be available for faculty and students on the UA campus. For details on the instrumentation and training opportunities please contact.
