Areas of Interest:
Dr. Harritt is an expert on northern archaeological investigations and related regulatory compliance matters. His 23 years of experience in Alaska includes 16 years with the U.S. National Park Service and 6 with the University of Alaska Anchorage's Environment and Natural Resources Institute (ENRI). He established and presently leads Cultural Heritage Studies at ENRI. His experience ranges from the design and execution of complex interdisciplinary basic field research, to Section 106 compliance surveys and testing, to cultural resource consultations.
