Managing Projects with Microsoft Project
This two day course introduces project managers and project team members to the application of MS Project as a project management tool. The course provides an introduction to project management fundamentals and then provides detailed instruction on effective project scheduling, efficient resource and cost management and accurate project tracking and reporting using Microsoft Project. Participants will get hands-on experience using MS Project to master scheduling, resource & cost management and project tracking activities. This course provides 14 PMI Professional Development Units (PDUs.).

Project Managers and members of project teams tasked with creating and managing project deliverables, resources and progress.
