The Faculty Technology Center's Digital Media Services Office offers media conversion, equipment loans, video recording, document, photo, slides and test scanning.

To get started with using our services, make a request by filling out the form below. You will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number for all materials.

Services Offered
 

movieBoard Digital Media Service

Submit a Digital Media Service Request if you wish to:
  • Stream video or audio on the web
  • Convert video or audio from an analog format (such as VHS) to a digital format (such as a DVD/CD)
  • Scan pictures, photographs, or slides and convert them to JPG or PDF format
  • Copy pictures, photographs, film or slides to DVD/CD
  • Duplicate DVDs/CDs

Submit an Equipment Loan Request if you wish to:
  • Check out a microphone
  • Check out a camcorder

Submit a Test Scanning Request if you wish to:
  • Scan and score exam sheets
  • Request analysis reports for scanned exams
  • Export exam sheet data to a file or compact disk

As of December 2011 we will no longer accept form 229633. Please use the current Test Scanning Request Form with form F-1712-PAR-L. Form F-1712-PAR-L is available in the UAA bookstore as well as online from Scantron.com
