Research Interests

 Dr. Reeves' primary research interests include numerical simulation of fluid flow, heat and solute transport through geologic media and the use of non-local, fractional-order equations to describe anomalous flow and transport behavior through hillslopes and subsurface aquifers. Dr. Reeves is also interested in fractured rock hydrology, geothermal reservoir characterization and simulation, statistical analysis and stochastic reproduction of rock fracture data, integrated surface water-ground water models to forecast climate change impacts on basin-scale water resources, rock fracture mechanics, ground water-surface water interaction, and hillslope stormflow response.
