Copy & Print Center Fast Facts:
-Copy & print orders can be submitted via email to aycopy@uaa.alaska.edu, or in-person at our customer service counter. 

-Once your order is completed, our staff will deliver your documents right to your office.The typical turn-around time for most copy orders is no more than 2 business days.

-Our wide-format printer is capable of producing signs and banners up to 41 inches wide and eight-feet long.

-The Copy & Print Center offers a variety of finishing options for your documents, including:

Graphic Design:

Need a little help perfecting your image? Darla Carlson and Danny Kennedy, our professional full-time graphic designers, have extensive knowledge of the UAA image-system standards, and are up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in visual communications.

Our staff has developed long-standing relationships with several printing shops around the state.  If we can't produce your job in-house, we can facilitate your order and streamline the billing process with one of our off-campus partners. 

Our digital production machines produce high-quality printed images comparable to traditional off-set printing for a far lower cost-per-copy.


Bulk Mail Services:

Sending a mailing of over 200 pieces? Send it bulk mail through the Copy & Print Center for significant savings.

Our machines can automate nearly every aspect of mail preparation. Printing, stuffing, sealing & addressing can be accomplished in minutes, saving you time and labor costs. 

Personalizing your mailings to appeal to your target market is easy with our variable-data capability. We can also "clean" your mailing list to eliminate duplicates and incomplete addresses.

Have a question about bulk mail? Ask Jeff; he and the rest of the team stay up-to-date on the latest bulk-mail regulations by attending regular trainings with the US Postal Service.

The Copy & Print Center is located in the lower-level of the UAA Campus Bookstore. Enter through the Bookstore via the elevator or stairs near the beverage coolers, or through our green-awning entrance, located on the East side of the building near ANSEP.
