Financial Aid

Students may apply for financial aid through UAA while they are pre-majors in BSHS. Students who are admitted to UW MEDEX will obtain financial directly from the University of Washington in both their junior and senior years

MEDEX Physician Assistant Track

Financial aid is available through UAA and the University of Washington.

There is loan repayment and scholarships for qualifying students through the following organizations:

• National Health Service Core
• Indian Health Service
• Alaskan Exposure Program
  The Alaskan Exposure Program provides limited funding for transportation and housing support for clinical rotations in underserved communities.
• Alaska Academy of Physician Assistants Students
