The University Honors College awards a limited number of tuition waiver scholarships each year. These competitive awards are open to both incoming and continuing University Honors students. To be eligible to receive the scholarship, a student must have applied for and been accepted to a Baccalaureate degree program at the University of Alaska Anchorage, and must be admitted to and enrolled in the University Honors College. Recipients of the University Honors Tuition Scholarship must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
The deadline to apply for the tuition scholarship is
July 1st of each year.

Continuing Students Continuing University Honors students should submit the following items for review:
- A cover letter (highlight your achievements and goals)
- Two letters of recommendation
- A resumé listing accomplishments
- An essay discussing your personal goals and achievements
