Immunization Requirements for Students Living On Campus
The University of Alaska Anchorage Housing Office, in compliance with University of Alaska Board of Regents policy, requires all students living on campus to provide documentation of immunizations. The University of Alaska Anchorage Student Health and Counseling Center (SHCC) is responsible for verification of compliance with these requirements. Please see the SHCC website for instructions on how to enter your immunization information and submit a copy of your immunization records. All students must be in compliance with the immunization requirements before they can check in to student housing.
All waivers of immunization requirements must be approved by the Dean of Students. To request a waiver of immunization requirements for medical or religious reasons, please contact the Dean of Students Office.
